What if it rains?
This is one of the most common questions I get, especially from couples coming to elope.
But there’s no need to worry, we know what to do and where to go.
I always check the weather forecast a few days before the wedding, to see if we need a plan B. Copenhagen City Hall is an incredible place full of photo opportunities, and so are most cafes and bars near by.
We just need to find out where you’d like to go.
Besides that, keep in mind that rain isn’t necessarily bad, because with a good umbrella we can go a long way.
And actually the good part of rainy wedding days is that the city center is going to be less crowded, the streets will shine and the colors will pop up more.
Here’s some tips to nail rainy photo sessions.
Use my umbrella. I have a nice transparent umbrella for you, no need to buy anything.
Use waterproof make up.
Bring WARM waterproof jackets or raincoats. Rainy days are often cold days.
Bring a pair of spare shoes, you might be walking on wet cobblestones.
If you can, avoid dresses that touch the ground.
