We made the best decision when we asked Martina to photograph our wedding day in Copenhagen! Martina was professional, kind and helped keep us on track through the day! She met with us beforehand and made sure to ask about our wishes for photographs and also help us to feel comfortable so that our photos would be as natural as possible and truly showcase our happiness.
She took the time to edit every single photo so beautifully and also helped us to record our ceremony for our family abroad which meant the world to us. She also made us a beautiful wedding slideshow video that captured our day perfectly! It felt like we had a close friend with us on our wedding day rather than a stranger and we are so thankful for all of Martina’s hard work!
If you are planning your wedding soon and looking for a talented, fun, and inclusive photographer, we cannot recommend Martina enough! You will not regret it!

In all honesty, we’ve struggled to write this review. Not because it’s hard to select 5* and write a couple of flattering sentences, but because it’s hard to summarize the profundity of the experience we shared with Martina.
First and foremost, she’s an absolute, consummate professional. Each and every step in the commercial exchange is managed impeccably and according to bleeding-edge industry best-practice: from complete transparency in pricing/deliverables, to *credentialed* and clearly enumerated commitments to equality, diversity, and inclusion as well as environmental/carbon offsetting, to open, immediate and highly responsive/proactive communication.
Secondly, Martina is a singularly gifted artist. Not only is she exceedingly competent technically/stylistically, but she’s breathtakingly capable of capturing genuine emotions (heart/soul). There’s no superficial posing, there’s no curated ‘feelings,’ there’s no adherence to the latest ‘trends’ in lighting/mood. There’s just the wonderful, beautiful, unretouched truth.
Thirdly, there’s Martina herself… the astonishing human who manages to take ‘the basics’ we’ve described and effortlessly transform them into something utterly singular. From the very first, she made us feel more than simply ‘at ease,’ she made us feel seen, she made us feel understood, and, most importantly, she made us feel safe to be fully ‘ourselves’ in/out of shot.
Martina’s palpable, empathy-driven approach is duly balanced by her innately stabilising, calming, yet decisive demeanour. These traits, combined with the depth and breadth of her professional experience, left us feeling utterly secure during out time together… free to fully relax into the shared creative process, moment, and interpersonal magic.
Finally, and perhaps most surprisingly, we just had an unbelievable amount of fun! Of all the things we ‘anticipated,’ weirdly, fun wasn’t at the top of the list, and, as the hours flew past, we found ourselves thinking: ‘She’s actually made us WANT to do this again!’
Indeed, we gained far more from our experience with Martina than a gallery of spectacular pictures. We gained a friend… and we gained a renewed admiration for what a genuine artist – at the peak of her craft – is capable of producing for and within us.

Martina is absolutely amazing. My wife and I had never done professional photography before and we were a little worried about how the wedding photoshoot would turn out but Martina made the process very easy and fun for us.

Martina is an exceptional wedding photographer whose talent and passion for her craft truly sets her apart. My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Martina for our wedding, and we were blown away by her professionalism, creativity, and kindness throughout the entire process.

Not only did Martina take stunning photos, but she also helped us by shooting a small video of our legal ceremony with her phone. This thoughtful gesture was above and beyond what we expected, and we will cherish the video forever along with the photos.

Martina is a wonderful person and obviously an amazing photographer - just look at her photos!
She immediately put us at ease and we didn’t even notice the camera lens (even today we still wonder how and when she took some of the photos).
Martina was essential to us. Not just because she didn’t miss a moment of our wedding but because she was a reassuring person during the chaos and the frenetic moments of that day.
We can only highly recommend everyone to entrust her their own unique moments.
But the greatest thing is that every time we look at our wedding photos all the feelings come back and we’re again in that little house getting ready for the big moment together with our dogs, we’re again at the town hall saying “I do”. We’re there walking on that windy shore and hugging in the little Ærøskøbing roads. That photos make us travel through time and in between all the emotions we felt and that’s the magic Martina can do.
